Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Lead Analyst - Treasury Accounting.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What you'll do:

This position supports Eaton's GFA Treasury Accounting CoE. This position's main responsibility will be to oversee Eaton's monthly analysis of Eaton's Foreign Exchange results as part of the closing and reporting process, functional currency assessment, and US GAAP accounting for highly inflationary economies. This position will collaborate with global corporate functions such as Treasury, Tax, GFA CoE's, and IT to execute strategic plans for total Eaton including items such as finance transformation projects and system process improvements to drive efficiencies..

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze foreign exchange results for Eaton's global organization to be used monthly by senior management. You will collaborate with Global Controllers and the Treasury teams on foreign exchange to provide underlying factors impacting reported results.
• Calculation of net investment hedge impact and FX points analysis
• US GAAP accounting for highly inflationary economies.
• Analyze and report monthly translation impact for Total Eaton
• Total Eaton Interest Income/Expense analysis
• Functional currency assessments for new entities to ensure proper USGAAP accounting is applied.
• Provide support for External (USGAAP & statutory) and Internal audits
• Participate in special Treasury projects that support the goals for the finance transformation, including standardization and centralization.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate finance/treasury.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with Data Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in creating & maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Knowledge of FIS Quantum
• Understanding of or experience in core Treasury roles (interest rates, cash management, bank account management, cash forecasting, internal funding)
• Understanding of Treasury systems and e-banking applications.
