What you'll do:
The individual plays a critical role in advancing digital maturity across Eaton's MDM function. This position is responsible for identifying, designing, and deploying scalable digital solutions that enhance processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and support operational excellence. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into digital capabilities, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Evaluate proposed digital initiatives for scalability, security, and alignment with Eaton's IT governance framework, working closely with enterprise architecture teams.
Lead the automation of repetitive commercial processes using scripting, workflow engines, and integration tools to reduce manual effort and improve cycle times.
Apply agile delivery practices to manage digital project pipelines, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of expectations and alignment of outcomes.
Facilitate adoption of new tools and processes through training, documentation, and change management strategies tailored to commercial users.
Act as a digital innovation advocate, identifying emerging technologies and piloting their application in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5-8 Years in Project Management, Power Platform development
Skills:
