Lead ,Deliver, maintain, and update technology and platform solutions in Eaton's Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on delivering, maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on Support of all IAM applications: Azure and Modern Identity Governance Solution

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution, a graduate of Eaton's Leadership Development Program, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 - 10 years in Identity and Access Management
Skills:
Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Must be proficient in cloud access management tools and experienced with Saviynt EIC (preferred) or other modern IGA solutions, including onboarding and troubleshooting enterprise-scale application integrations and Privileged Access Management best practices.
• Lead the deployment of IGA solutions using Saviynt EIC, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive RBAC and RBAD initiatives, including role mining, modeling, entitlement analysis, and role lifecycle management.
• Oversee application onboarding, connector configuration, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Manage access certification campaigns, SoD policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce identity lifecycle policies, access governance frameworks, and security controls.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and support teams.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline identity processes and improve operational efficiency.
Must Have Experience In:
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint), including policy configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC and RBAD, including role mining, entitlement mapping, and access modeling.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, and attestation processes.
• Integration of IGA platforms with SIEM tools for enhanced visibility, alerting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and group/OU management.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar for automation and custom connector development.
• Familiarity with least privilege principles, ABAC, and compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration from an identity and access perspective.
Nice To Have Experience in:
• Exposure to Saviynt CPAM, CyberArk, or other PAM tools.
• Experience managing identities and entitlements in cloud environments (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM).
• Governance of non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, bots, APIs).
• API integration and scripting for custom workflows and automation.
• Securing credentials in RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere.
• Managing access to databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and enterprise applications.
• Integration between IGA and PAM platforms for unified identity governance.
