Lead Analyst - IAM
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Lead Analyst - IAM. This role must sit out of one of our offices within the US. Preferred locations are the following: Beachwood, OH: Moon Township, PA: Galesburg, MI; Houston, TX: Raleigh, NC: or Menomonee Falls, WI.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What you'll do:
Job Summary
Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Must be proficient in cloud access management tools and experienced with Saviynt EIC (preferred) or other modern IGA solutions, including onboarding and troubleshooting enterprise-scale application integrations and Privileged Access Management best practices.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the deployment of IGA solutions using Saviynt EIC, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive RBAC and RBAD initiatives, including role mining, modeling, entitlement analysis, and role lifecycle management.
• Oversee application onboarding, connector configuration, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Manage access certification campaigns, SoD policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce identity lifecycle policies, access governance frameworks, and security controls.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and support teams.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline identity processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for onboarding processes
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (Must Haves):
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree from an accredited institution, a graduate of Eaton's Leadership Development Program, or equivalent experience
- Minimum eight (8) years in Identity and Access Management
- Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint),Saviynt including policy configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of one of our offices in the US. Preferred locations are the following: Beachwood, OH: Moon Township, PA: Galesburg, MI; Houston, TX: Raleigh, NC: or Menomonee Falls, WI.
- This position requires access to export-controlled information. Preferred Qualificaitons:
- Exposure to Saviynt CPAM, or other PAM tools.
- Experience managing identities and entitlements in cloud environments (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM).
- Governance of non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, bots, APIs).
- API integration and scripting for custom workflows and automation.
- Managing access to databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and enterprise applications.
- Integration between IGA and PAM platforms for unified identity governance.
- Working experience developing and troubleshooting REST webservices using Postman or other REST clients
- Experience working in Agile environments
