Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Job Setter- 2nd Shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.94 per hour.

What you'll do:

The Job Setter is responsible for maintaining proficiency in all process operations of the Rack line within the Final Assembly department. Work from list of production work orders and various reports. Provide prompt and efficient service with emphasis on quality of work. They must be able to work closely with the Operators, Group Leader, and Production Supervisor to maintain an efficient flow of production. Work Safely to prevent on-the-job injuries. Report on-the-job injuries and unsafe acts or conditions to the Supervisor.

• You will read, analyze and follow production drawings, bills of materials, and production work orders to set-up the rack line and assist operators
• You will move material utilizing both stacker and sit down style forklifts
• You will use several tools including to assist with the assembly process: Air tools, nail guns, torque wrenches, lifting devices, scanners, saws, and hand tools. Other tools may be needed to help complete the assembly process.
• You will gather parts for line and make transactional moves in SAP
• You will follow all department quality and safety procedures- this includes QA testing of switches and sign off on QA check sheet for racks
• You will conduct on the job training for new team members

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of one year assembly/production line experience.
• Forklift certification
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Corporate Sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
• Capacitor Rack Line experience
• Strong computer skills with SAP experience
