IT Analyst - Site Infrastructure Support

hybrid (3/2), based in our Business Service Centre in Budapest, Hungary

What you'll do:

  • Support: Deploy, configure, and support hardware and software
  • IT Service Management: Follow IT service management processes
  • Initiatives: Participate in IT initiatives and site support
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve IT issues and conduct root cause analysis
  • Improvement: Identify and implement improvements
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT standards and company policies
  • Audits: Participate in IT audits and influence budgeting
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to drive improvements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate, high school, or bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of IT experience
  • ITIL Foundation & CompTIA A+ certified
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
  • Familiar with IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, phones)
  • Experience with manufacturing tech (scanners, industrial PCs, etc.)
  • Quick learner, adaptable to complex IT environments
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes (Asset, Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management)
  • Capable of leading IT initiatives
