IT Analyst Infra Services Support

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a IT Analyst Infra Services Support.

What you'll do:

Job Summary
This position will oversee and support IT System Infrastructure Support processes for internal customers, ensuring compliance with defined policies and procedures around end user client security and infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

• Working on tickets and meeting defined service level agreements for the resolution of: incidents, requests, changes, and problems, as well as tasks assigned as part of one of those ticket types.
• PC/device lifecycle management - replacing outdated end user and infrastructure hardware when needed and planned for. This includes provisioning, asset management, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with defined policies and procedures around end user client security and infrastructure, site IT disaster recovery planning, as well as participation in IT projects that require coordination, communication and/or implementation.
• Provides assistance to remote technical resources who administer network switches, servers and other IT infrastructure.
• Provides 1st and/or 2nd level PC support as applicable for infrastructure hardware and software in order to provide the customer with a workaround or a fix.
• Provides desk-side support at sites and, at smaller sites, may be the main point of contact for desk-side support.
• Coordinates, schedules, tests, implements and documents application upgrades or patches in order to remain on current levels of software utilized in the supported sites.
• Gathers information needed to support IT business metrics.
• Maintains control of desktop software and hardware in order to ensure license compliancy and asset management.Implement software and hardware upgrades to support IT initiatives and comply with established standards.
• Maintain infrastructure in order to decrease downtime and maintain quality. #LI-AR7
