What you'll do:
Responsibilities:
- Create Wiring Tables: Develop wiring tables from engineering schematics to ensure accurate and efficient electrical connections.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) Events: Engage in CI events to identify opportunities for cost and cycle time reduction.
- Execute CI Actions: Implement actions from CI events to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work Instruction Creation: Develop clear and concise work instructions to guide manufacturing operations.
- Time Study Completions: Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production processes.

Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an associate's, or bachelor's degree program at an accredited institution in Engineering/Engineering technology or related field.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Broomfield, CO.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in engineering technology, electrical engineering technology or a related field.
- Previous Electrical experience
Skills:
- Strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
