What will you do?
In this independent and challenging role, you'll be responsible for building and strengthening a network of influential stakeholders in your region, focusing on commercial and institutional construction projects. Think of engineering firms, design agencies, and end users involved in standardized processes or complex projects.
You'll ensure Eaton's solutions are included early in project plans and technical specifications. You'll also identify projects where Eaton is not yet involved and share this information internally via Salesforce, contributing to better visibility and positioning of our solutions.

Together with colleagues from sales, back office, and project management, you'll ensure smooth project execution. You'll think strategically, recognize high-potential opportunities, and use data to make smart decisions.
- Your key tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing new relationships or markets
- Creating and presenting technical concepts
- Maintaining customer relationships and discussing performance
- Optimizing specification and work processes
- Participating in regional networking events
In this role, you're responsible for achieving commercial growth in your area by building strong relationships and creating new opportunities. You'll develop plans based on Eaton's vision and strategy and ensure effective implementation. You'll focus on building, maintaining, and strengthening sustainable relationships with clients at all levels. You'll advise them on Eaton's products, services, and integrated concepts-both commercially and technically-and help them achieve their goals.
You'll closely monitor market developments, identify trends, and create new opportunities. By actively identifying projects and European tenders in your region, you'll maintain an up-to-date overview and seize every opportunity to position Eaton early in the process. You'll work closely with other sales teams, the Business Unit in Hengelo, and marketing to achieve shared goals.
You'll also analyze and report market information, customer needs, and competitive positions to the Sales Manager, so your insights contribute to long-term sales and marketing strategy. You'll develop and execute sales plans for various market segments, ensuring both existing relationships and new prospects contribute to achieving sales targets.
What do we ask?
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (HBO) in a commercial field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrable affinity with technology
- A flexible mindset (not a 9-to-5 mentality)
- Stress-resistance and adaptability
- A team player who is creative and persuasive
- Strong commercial and self-learning abilities, as well as decisiveness
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- And most importantly: You're ready to go for it!
