Indirect Sourcing Engineer

What you'll do:

Responsible for sourcing indirect commodity and new projects, on-going supplier management, including purchasing cost control and supplier performance management.

• Purchasing support for the indirect material (MRO/Capital), PS/IT and Facilities service.
• Makes market survey and sets up potential supplier list according to the requirement of related department;
• Develope new suppliers and supplier base optimization
• New project sourcing following PROLaunch, bidding report with approval;
• Realize localization/Low cost source on schedule, Sample and validation process follow up;
• Annual cost saving action according to cost saving target of company and make annual reporting of cost saving status;

• Technical drawing of materials' distribution and ECN handling;
• Communicate and collaborate among related function teams to effectively resolve purchasing issues
• Other work leader assigned

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent, with a background of Technical or business;
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience, among which 3 years' sourcing experience in multinational company preferred;

Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing industry such as mechanical and electric company;
• Collaborates with stakeholders to achieve assigned special projects and or initiative outcomes
• Good command of English & PC skills;
• Results-oriented
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill;
