Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. This position is ONSITE M-F at our Greenwood SC Eaton location. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.
As a Human Resource Manager for Eaton, you will lead the Human Resources function for two (2) PDCA Greenwood, SC locations establishing solid business partnerships and driving functional excellence. Direct responsibility for approximately 650 production/contingent employees and 160 salaried employees. Reports directly to the Plant Manager and functionally to the HR Director. As a strategic business partner, you will work with the local leadership team, division leadership, functional leaders, and HR Team to drive change, aligning human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and annual business goals while championing the Eaton Business System (EBS). You will also provide leadership guidance, mentoring and change management expertise to lead through cycles of improvement, ensuring alignment of key programs and initiatives with the Eaton Business System, and driving change management plans to maximize organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will drive HR Functional Excellence through the extended Human Resources team to achieve our goals and objectives, asa well as, develop, optimize, document, and standardize sustainable processes, sharing best practices across the plant / division / function.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
In this role:
- Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, performance management, employee development, succession planning and retention.
- Foster a culture of manager ownership and accountability of the employee life cycle. Ensure talent strategy links and enables the business strategy
- Lead centralized Training and Development team to ensure a culture of Learning, Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving, Digital Mindset, and our Eaton Leadership to facilitate employee development and career management.
- Manage the sites employee recognition and reward programs aligned with business objectives.
- Drive positive employee relations and culture to provide an optimal work environment for all employees.
- Effectively deploy communication plans and utilize assessment tools (e.g. employee listening programs) to determine organizational issues and action plans.
- Empower and support employee engagement committees to improve culture aligned to Eaton's Aspirational Goals
- Establishes diversity initiatives and maintains governmental compliance through EEO practices
Qualifications:
Basic REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience
- Miinimum of two (2) years of leader of people experience
- Experience with manufacturing facilities and the engineering function
- Must be willing to relocate to Greenwood SC. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field
- SPHR/PHR certification is a plus
- Previous manager of people experience
