HRS Life Cycle Associate Analyst - Tainan
What you'll do:
"Being a solid contributor with support HR transactional delivery in HRS, mainly focus on the process from Hire-to-Retire services along the complete life cycle of an
employee from onboarding to pension services.
As the on-site HR professional, responsibilities also cover providing local HRBP support, such as attendance management, training administration, local hourly recruitment, and cultural activities, etc."
" Work with team to achieve HR Services targets through daily operation
Provide personnel lifecycle services (Pre-onboarding / Background verification / Day 1 activities, Off-boarding, Labor Insurance and Health Insurnce related, etc.)
Support on Offer Letter and other documents signing process and file archiving
Maintain the onsite personal file both for hardcopy and softcopy per compliance requirement
Responsible for maintaining system information, support on the online report exportation and payroll loader related data maintenance
Support the employee Labor Insurance and Health Insurnce related enrollment, adjustment and cancellation as necessary
Coordinate Insurance information with vendor, support on routine expense reimbursement check and renewal
Interact with HRBPs, employees and managers to resolve the queries and provide timely, high-quality resolution and HR Services support
Collaborate and cooperate with other HR Services work streams to ensure the smooth HR Services operations
Attendance management, including management of regular and dispatched employees
Support HRBP on training administration, including create course code, track course execution status and generate reports
Support HRBP on local hourly employee recruitment, covering job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, job offering, etc.
Support HRBP to conduct on-site culture activities, such as I&D, wellness, community, etc.
Learn CI tools and build digital mindset to drive continuous improvement of the processes in order to enhance process efficiency, quality and productivity
Take part in internal and external projects as necessary
Being backup of the team in case any emergency

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and above, Human Resources is preferred
5+ years working experience in HR function"
Skills:
Solid HR knowledge in HR function especially for labor law related policy
Proficient skills of Microsoft Office (O365 etc.), fluent written in English is preferred
"Good problem solving skill, customer oriented
Be self-motivated, results oriented and solution based
Process management capabilities, be good at time & priority management
Be good at cross-function / cross-team collaboration, good communication skills"
