What will you do?
In this role, you will collaborate with HRS leadership teams to develop and implement technology strategies in AI and self-service that align with organizational goals and objectives. You will manage major projects and strategic change initiatives related to HR Services, including conducting impact analysis, estimating costs and benefits for business cases, and assessing risks. Overseeing Eaton's HR Services technology and AI footprint and roadmap will be a key responsibility. Staying current with industry trends, you will provide thought leadership on HR Services technology-related projects. Partnering with HRS stakeholders, you will understand business priorities, improve performance, ensure customer needs are embedded into product directions, and realize expected benefits and value. Additionally, you will facilitate better understanding and addressing of customer needs, leading to quicker decision-making and problem resolution..
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, you need to provide strategic leadership for the HR Service Delivery product, ensuring it aligns with business goals. Collaborate with vendors and leaders to configure HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow, meeting security and integrity requirements. Lead the governance approval process, manage project timelines, and guide teams through requirements and design. Proactively address project issues, oversee documentation, and monitor system usage to recommend improvements. Your efforts will ensure the product meets organizational needs and drives continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology implementation, skills based project management or related area.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Position Criteria:
• Strong understanding of HR systems and their role in supporting HR Services processes.
• Demonstrated learning agility to solve complex problems.
• Proven experience managing cross functional enterprise-level projects, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver desired outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Change Management: Effectively communicating the strategy, gaining buy-in from stakeholders, and implementing change initiatives across the organization.
