What you'll do:

Eaton is currently seeking a HR Services Senior Analyst - Compensation to join our team. This position is based at our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH. Flexible hybrid work schedule available from Beachwood, OH.
The Senior Analyst for HR Services with a focus on Compensation is responsible for facilitating and executing compensation-related activities across the organization for the United States and Canada. This includes processing offer letters creation, international transfers, market adjustments, and other compensation activities. The role ensures alignment with internal policies, market competitiveness, and business objectives while partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition, and Compensation Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Job Responsibilities:
• Offer Letter Creation: Develop competitive offer recommendations using peer analysis and compensation benchmarks while ensuring accuracy and consistency across global processes.
• International Transfers: Support compensation planning and execution for international and domestic employee movements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Market Adjustments: Conduct market analysis and apply insights to recommend salary adjustments that maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs and Compensation teams to align compensation strategies with business needs and secure necessary approvals.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of compensation tools and processes, including enhancements to the PACT system and integration strategies during organizational changes.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in compensation, financial analysis, HR services or related field.

Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree from accredited institution.
• Experience with compensation tools and market analytics platforms (e.g., EMSI Talent Analyst).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or working toward certification is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of ticketing systems.

• Up to 10% travel required
