Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and digitally fluent Senior HR OpEx Analyst to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Services in the Americas region. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, standardization, and data-driven decision-making across diverse teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation within HR operations.

• Partner with HR Services teams to identify, scope, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or similar methodologies.
• Analyze service performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital tools (e.g., ServiceNow, TRESS, Oracle, Power Automate) leading initiatives that will automate workflows, enhance reporting, and improve user experience.
• Coordinate and mentor team leads and analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability building.
• Represent the Americas HR OpEx team in regional and global forums and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide standards and best practices.
• This role is integral to the governance of processes, ensuring readiness, compliance, data privacy and business continuity through standardization.
• Provide timely assistance to team members by addressing their questions and resolving issues related to our systems. Act as a liaison between the HR teams and technology management teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, facilitating the smooth operation of our systems and processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or continuous improvement roles, preferable with experience in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven experience leading regional or global projects involving diverse, multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• This role requires proficiency to expert-level skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel. The candidate must have demonstrable experience with digital tools for service management and automation, such as ServiceNow and MS Power Automate. Additionally, it is preferable for the candidate to have knowledge of the basic functioning of payroll and data management systems, including or similar to TRESS, SPN, ADP, and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
