Job Summary
The HR manager will have a combined responsibility of leading full spectrum as an HR business partner for the chosen business functions of Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, which entail responsibilities of seamless execution and effectiveness of HR processes, attract talent, planning and building organization capability, coaching, developing the team / enhance team's skillset to meet the requirements of its stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
In the capacity of HR business partner, the role partners with business and human resources teams in the planning and implementation of human resources initiatives and policies for the organization.

• Leads a range of human resources processes and is responsible for overall operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
• Anticipates and recommends HR strategies/solutions to Business Function Leaders in planning for changing human resource needs of the business.
• Resolves conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on human resources matters for functional or organizational leadership.
• Provides employee development expertise, support systems and processes focused on continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resources information systems.
• Communicates and consults on all areas of human resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management in alignment with common human resources strategies and processes.
Organization and Talent Management:
• Lead the profit planning process comprising of planning and monitoring of employee expenses and budgets to effectively support workforce engagement, development and retention initiatives
• Develop, implement and conduct in-house training programs including mentoring, coaching, counselling programs.
• Plan, organize and facilitate organization wide communication inluding directing employee councils
• Analyze and formulate employee engagement strategy, action plan and impact measurement
• Analyze and formulate employee engagement strategy, action plan and impact measurement
• Support with implementation and communication of India wide new C&B programs' roll out and policies' awareness
• Lead employee rewards and recognition programs
Business Partnering:
• Act as a Business Partner communicating strategies to business stakeholders, support business leadership team and stakeholders, including areas such as employee engagement and culture transformation
• Handle and manage difficult employee relations, terminations, exits, employee issues, disciplinary actions/process in accordance to labor law and employee grievances.
• Work effectively with regional HR team on escalations, support needed, global initiatives and projects.
• Participate in screening and recruitment of new employees including onboarding, orientation, exit interviews, etc.
• Provide assistance on compensation and benefits administration
• Resolves conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on human resources matters for functional or organizational leadership.

Qualifications:
Educational level required:
• Bachelor's Degree and a master's degree in Human Resources Management
Years and area of experience required:
• Minimum 7-10 years' senior HR business partnering experience with global organization,
• Experience in Hiring, Training/ development programs, Employee Engagement
• Solid working experiences with management team in a business setting with diverse cultures.
Technical Knowledge
• Data analytics, program management skills
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• PC knowledge: Microsoft Office (365), Prefer knowledge:r: Success Factors, Time & Attendance (Kronos), PBI
• Knowledge in competencies program management
• Knowledge of handling information related to DR Labor Law, Social Security, and/or compliance regulations
