Eaton's Aerospace Group is seeking a strategic and team-focused HR Director to lead the Human Resources function for our Fluid Motion Controls division.
This role supports a division with over $1 billion in revenue, 9 manufacturing facilities, and more than 2,750 employees in the US and UK. The position involves shaping and implementing HR strategies to enhance business performance, employee engagement, and cultural alignment. Responsibilities include organizational coaching, cultural stewardship, and solution building. This role is based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH office, with relocation assistance available within the United States.
Essential responsibilities:
• Lead the division's HR team and be a key member of the FMC division leadership team, partnering to ensure HR programs and initiatives are aligned with short and long-term objectives of the business.

• Coach and influence leaders to improve performance and leader effectiveness while fostering a culture of trust, accountability and high standards.
• Drive the Eaton Business System across the division.
• Ensure positive employee relations to provide an optimal and inclusive work environment for all employees as well as ensure effective labor relations.
• Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, development, succession planning and retention. Facilitate talent reviews to assess pipeline strength, determine focus areas and implement necessary actions.
• Manage and develop compensation, reward and recognition programs while ensuring alignment to corporate policy and practices.
• Lead and coach others to utilize effective change management tools.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum ten (10) years' progressive HR experience
• Minimum seven (7) years' experience leading HR across manufacturing environments
• Minimum two (2) years' experience leading HR in a scope that includes multi-site manufacturing operations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in HR or MBA
• Experience leading global teams and experience with global labor relations

The expected annual salary range for this role is $176249.97 - $258499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
