Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a HR Analyst - Talent Programs.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

What you'll do:

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the HR Manager in the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives and maintain positive employee relations. This position facilitates recruitment, onboarding, and new employee orientation. Also, this position will utilize data analysis techniques to proactively identify opportunities and develop recommendations for improvement both within the HR function as well as the assigned business groups.

In this role you will:

  • Support the site hiring plan of hourly employees
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with the Eaton Talent Acquisition Center
  • Coordinate and facilitate the New Employee Orientation and Onboarding processes
  • Monitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad
  • Lead outreach efforts by promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions.
  • Assist in the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports/documentation.
  • Provide proactive support in establishing a progressive human resources climate that enhances continuous improvement, positive communications, and a teaming environment
  • Responsible for modeling and communicating the Eaton Values & Philosophy Work Practices

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Human Resources experience, including internships
  • One (1) year of technical HR skills in the areas of recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Eaton site recruitment experience preferred
  • Special knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and procedures as they relate to recruitment, terminations, AAP/EEO, FLSA, unemployment, Workers' Compensation, etc
  • Two (2) years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role
  • Experience with a large plant in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
  • Bi-lingual
