Hardware Manager

What you'll do:
• Lead the team to complete product development project and small customized product development project every year
• Evaluates project investment including resource, schedule, and budget
• Manages people resource and task on every NPD project and work
• Coach the member to solve the difficulty during the work
• Organizes training activities, develops team competency, and improves work efficiency and design quality
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or above degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Master degree is preferred
• Over 6 years power electronic product development experience, over 2 years engineering team leader experience
• Familiar with power electrical and electronic knowledge, UPS related product experience is preferred.
• Familiar with product development process
• Excellent management skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Skillful English speaking and writing
