What you'll do:

The HW Lead Engineer leads new product development programs, including extension and customization projects. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving technical risks to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at target cost. Additional responsibilities include building hardware technical platforms and driving hardware innovation.

Lead the team to complete at least 2 minor or major product development projects and at least 4 runner product development projects each year.
Evaluate business case technical resolutions and identify technical risks, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and technical solutions.
Monitor technical risks and issues during the product development phase, and lead team to resolve problems and issues promptly.
Organize training activities to develop team technical competency, improve work efficiency, and enhance design quality.
Lead the team in innovation and benchmarking activities.
Provide business and industry insights to contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic/Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
Over 6 years of experience in power electronic product development; over 2 years of system engineering experience.

Profound knowledge of power electrical and electronic systems; experience with UPS inverter and related hardware or system product development is preferred.
Familiarity with product development processes or project management certifications such as PMP.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
