GTM Analyst
Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a GTM Analyst.
What you'll do:
Primary Function:
Ensure the temporary inventory for TJ Aerospace plant, meets with all Mexican Customs regulations with an import/export operation. This position is also responsible for maintaining and updating compliance regulatory requirements and procedures, to monitor all the obligations to maintain certifications such as AEO, VAT, IEPS, etc, as well as reporting metrics or KPIs of their operation in charge.
Essential Functions:
1. Assistance internal and/or external audits of trade compliance.
2. Ensure the full compliance with New Customs Regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications Skills USA/ Mexico, ITAR regulations, military license agreement, Free trade agreements, etc.
3. Analyze and Update Appendix 24 according with our ERP system. (Boms, production orders, new part number, etc).
4. Audit the data integrity of Trade Compliance Processes Inventory Reconciliation between Appendix 24 and ERP (SAP), including: cycle counts, receiving discrepancies, Inventory adjustments, company losses, Perpetual Inventories, company Sales.

5. Provide accurate information to GTM VAT team related to the VAT certification including Monthly reports, Temporary inventory conciliations a month, Assistance to fix deviations on the temporary inventory.
6. Responsible for maintaining the electronic or hard copy records for the customs Operations performed in Mexico such as Pediments, HTS catalogs, reports of Annex 30, Annex 24, Annex 22.
7. Submit Special requirements foreign trade
8. Backflush process of Appendix 24, Analysis of the discrepancies between inventory Appendix 24 and ERP including root causes (Complete reconciliation & metrics). Analyze and submit Annex 30 reports. Regularization process (Tax calculation, approval)"
Qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Trade Compliance, International business and/or Customs Law, finance or similar
• 3-5 Experience in a manufacturing environment.
