Primary Role:
Golf Pride® Grips, #1 golf grip brand worldwide, is seeking a Consumer Lifecycle Manager to join our Digital Consumer Experience team. We are looking for a creative, data-driven individual with a passion for communication and a knack for creating compelling content.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the various stages of the consumer lifecycle, including awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This individual is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, compelling web content, and other digital experiences designed to engage consumers at various touchpoints along the consumer journey.
Ultimately, the person in this role will serve as the subject matter expert of 1:1 consumer relationships at Golf Pride. Together with the Digital and Brand Marketing teams, this individual will build our capability to directly influence regripping behavior and increase brand loyalty, simultaneously leveraging consumer feedback to enhance our brand's online presence and elevate the consumer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Consumer Data and Relationship Management
• Develop and implement an effective and scalable CRM and Email/SMS Marketing Program design to fuel and support business growth objectives
• Build and maintain automated workflows with personalized messaging that resonates with different customer segments and behaviors.
• Grow and maintain a healthy consumer database, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted campaigns and compliance with global data protection regulations, email/SMS marketing laws, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to plan, design, and deploy email newsletters including email copy and graphics that follow brand standards.
• Configure, maintain, integrate, and troubleshoot marketing automation platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Content Management
• Create and manage high-quality, engaging digital content to support the consumer journey, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and agencies to create web optimized content aligned based on keyword research and SEO best practices that align to our global brand standards.
• Build and maintain a content calendar to effectively plan and schedule content creation and publication.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Consumer Feedback
• Manage Ratings/Reviews and Consumer Survey platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Create, deploy, and analyze surveys to gather insights on consumer experience, products, and services.
Deliver Results
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using multiple analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
• Monitor and report on data trends and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of B2C Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with marketing automation creating workflows based on segmentation and personalization
• Minimum 3 years of experience using a Content Management System (CMS) to manage web page content for a global audience
• Brand experience in consumer products (CPG/FMG, Sports Industry Management, or Durable Goods)
• Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
• Eloqua Marketing Automation experience strongly preferred. Eloqua Master Certification
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Google Analytics (GA) experience
• Experience working with PowerReviews and GetFeedback platforms
• HTML and CSS experience
• Working knowledge SEO best practices and digital marketing principles
• Golf savvy beyond novice level

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $xxx-xxx
