What you'll do:

We're looking for a strategic and experienced Global Category Manager to lead our Travel and Corporate Cards category-managing over $280M in global spend. This is your opportunity to shape global sourcing strategy, drive supplier excellence, and influence how Eaton moves around the world.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead global strategy and sourcing for Travel (Airlines, Hotels, TMC, Car Rental, Meetings, Travel Assistance Services/Duty of Care etc.),Card Programs (T&E, PCard, VCard) and Concur Travel and Expense.
  • Deliver on KPIs: cost savings, supplier consolidation, , working capital and compliance
  • Manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk data protection, IT Cyber Security.
  • Partner with regional teams and stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs
  • Promote adoption of preferred suppliers, Concur tools, and travel resources
  • Mentor regional category teams and support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in, Business Administration , Supply Chain or similar
  • 10+ years in Supply Chain Management, with global sourcing experience
  • Deep knowledge of travel services, card programs, and supplier ecosystems is a must

Skills:

  • Ability and willingness to objectively tackle complex high-level operational challenges using a practical combination of traditional and innovative methods
  • Strong negotiation, contract, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools
  • Strategic thinker with a global mindset and collaborative leadership style
