Job summary
This position will be responsible for implementing a best-in-class SIOP process that drives quantifiable improvement in customer satisfaction, inventory management and asset utilization, managing several OEM customers to local , export and intercompany. In order to ensure successful SIOP & Inventory Management processes this position must establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, active coordination with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams.

Utilizes root cause analysis and problem solving skills to drive continuous improvement in processes and metrics, creating and / or deliverying reports and presentations to all levels of the organization including the senior leadership team.
Job responsibilities
- In a highly complex environment drives SIOP discipline in mastering customer demand signals, capacity and manning plans are turned into tangible site production and/or master production schedules. Aligned with world-class materials control systems and processes are an integral part of the execution of the materials strategy and processes throughout all of Eaton.
- Responsible to proactively drive escalations and resolutions of critical materials and customer service attendance. In conjunction with other functions, lead action plans to improve delivery performance for internal and external customer.
- Leads the prescribed use and improvement of the site/division ERP system. Primary coordinator/ focal point for materials management assessment (MMA) and OpA validated and self-assessments as well as owning the materials management related actions plans to close any reported OFI's.
- Leading initiatives and taking actions for low-turnover inventory (excess and obsolete) and phasing out production.
- Supervising the production of reports, analytics, strategy, and goals as well as performance reports.
- Lead projects to improve results and process standardization.
Required Qualifications:
- Complete bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Adm/Logistics/Economics or related.
- Relevant experience in S&OP, supply chain or materials management.
- Availability to work on-site in Valinhos, SP.
- Professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Intermediate English proficiency (Advanced or Fluent English is highly desirable).
Desirable qualifications/knowledge:
- Desirable experience managing people.
- Experience in a manufacturing background environment with an emphasis in material inventory, supply planning and demand management.
- Full knowledge of materials planning systems (ERP) requirements and order generation process logic.
- Thorough understanding of Materials Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Domain Office and ERP Package.
- Experience in MRP, MPS, Min / Max, S&OP and other supply chain / materials management tools and processes.
- CPIM and Six Sigma Greenbelt are highly desirable.
