FP&A Manager

What you'll do:
- To support the Finance Team:
- Month end and financial reporting
- Forecasting and planning
- Finance review meeting reporting
- Wider Leadership Team reporting
Extended Duties:
- Month end close and reporting duties to include but not limited to key responsibilities below
- Analyses
- Journal preparation
- General Ledger Reconciliations
- Corporate reporting requirements
- Coordinating weekly reporting requirements for business unit
- BU monthly reporting
- Support to budget and forecast presentations
- Ownership of the overhead rate set
- Support to Site Finance Manager,
- Ad hoc support to the Finance leadership team
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant, AAT, CIMA, or ACCA
- Preferably Graduate in a related subject area
Skills:
- Numerate, logical and able to express yourself clearly in figures, verbal and written presentations
- Able to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- A confident communicator, able to work effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Able to display the gravitas to operate and influence at a senior level
- Further competencies will be provided via the competency matrix, and linked to the relevant job level
