Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton's largest office in the region. What you'll do:
As FP&A Business Partner you will act as a strategic partner to the PMCC (Power Management Control Components) business unit finance team, including manufacturing and product line teams and Finance Director within EMEA region. You will be in close collaboration with the central FP&A team, which will produce analytics and manage inputs in the systems. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting decision-making processes within the business unit (BU).
- Partner with the BU finance team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the central FP&A team to ensure accurate and timely production of analytics and management of system inputs.
- Support sites in closing activities, detect errors before system closure, mitigate closing risks (P&L impacts, delays).
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Act as a liaison between the BU and central FP&A team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and controls within the BU.
- Support initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and controls within the FP&A function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, or related finance studies. Master's is in advantage.
- Extensive work experience (5+ years) in FP&A role, with business partnering exposure.
- Previous knowledge working in manufacturing environment as finance professional.
- Knowledgeable in SAP or Oracle ERP system.
- Business fluency in English language is a must, any other EU language knowledge is an advantage.
- Eligibility to live, work and travel within in EU region without any restrictions.
