What you'll do:

As Field Service Engineer (FSE) you will be working in Sweden in large data center projects as UPS systems commissioning engineer in Gävle area. You provide a first class commissioning service as a part of the project and commissioning teams. You are professional electrician, good team player and you like technical challenges.

  • Responsible for UPS systems commissioning services in large data center projects.
  • Provide high level of technical expertise and quality in Hyperscale commissioning activities.
  • Support and train new colleagues depending maturity in a role. Work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers, advising on commissioning related considerations.
  • Cooperate with other departments in Eaton and other parties on-site to progress with technical challenges and support overall project.
  • Must have proactive approach to Health and Safety, ensure Eaton's & customer's EHS requirements are fulfilled in his area of responsibility
  • Record e.g. safety observations and near-misses. Performs also Life Cycle Services to large data center customers including e.g. 24/7 support, trouble shooting, diagnostics, maintenance and training. Active in communication, reports to a Team Leader.

Qualifications:

  • Installer electrical background and suitable electrical education.
  • Relevant working experience in the field.
  • Flexibility with travelling (company car provided).
  • Three phase electrical installation or maintenance experience essential.
  • Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution.
  • Strong English and Swedish language skills.
  • Customer Focus, proactive and flexible personality.
  • Be able to work together with different cultures.
  • Able to follow instructions.
