Field Service Engineer

What you'll do:

Main tasks in this role is to act as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Sweden in working in large data center projects as UPS systems commissioning engineer in Gävle. You provide a first class commissioning service as a part of the project and commissioning teams. You are professional electrician, good team player and You like technical challenges. You can be either very experienced in similar tasks and can work as a Senior Field Service Engineer having more leading technical responsibility on commissioning activities and supporting rest of the team or in case You don't have comprehensive experience yet You can work as a Field Service Engineer having opportunity to grow in a UPS specialist role as a part of the team. You will work also in other Nordic countries as needed.

"Responsible for UPS systems commissioning services in large data center projects. Provide high level of technical expertise and quality in Hyperscale commissioning activities. Support and train new colleagues depending maturity in a role. Work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers, advising on commissioning related considerations. Cooperate with other departments in Eaton and other parties on-site to progress with technical challenges and supåport overall project. Must have proactive approach to Healt and Safety, ensure Eaton's & customer's EHS requirements are fullfilled in his area of responsibillity. Record e.g. safety observations and near-misses. Performs also Life Cycle Services to large data center customers including e.g. 24/7 support, trouble shooting, diagnostics, maintenance and training. Active in communication, reports to a Team Leader.

Qualifications:

Minimum Swedish "Gymnasium" "Elprogrammet" or similar
3 to 5 years as electrician in field whithin relevant area

Skills:

"Three phase electrical installation/maintenance experience. Electrical trouble shooting, IGBT's, frequence converters.
Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution. "
