Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Fabrication Manufacturing Manager. This is an on-site location based at our Arden, NC facility. Relocation assistance is not provided. Approximately 10% travel may be required.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.

What you'll do:
The Fabrication Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for leading the Fabrication team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals. They oversee daily operations through supervisors, ensuring production aligns with customer requirements and company standards. They also drive continuous improvement, resource optimization, and a culture of safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and achieve performance metrics in quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
- Improve fabrication methods and resource utilization.
- Lead problem-solving and corrective actions for production issues.
- Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance.
- Foster positive employee relations and teamwork.
- Promote continuous improvement and cycle time reduction.
- Develop and lead a skilled, quality-focused workforce.
- Conduct regular production reviews to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage performance and implement productivity improvements.
- Coordinate schedules and control inventory to meet production demands.
- Ensure accurate documentation and system transactions.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fabrication environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management/supervision
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the specified job location(s) will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or Industrial Technology from an accredited institution
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Power and electrical systems knowledge
Skills:
- Working knowledge of current manufacturing, engineering, materials/purchasing and quality assurance methods and practices
- Knowledge and through understanding of Lean manufacturing processes
- Excellent interpersonal communication and team building skills required
- Knowledge of products and markets; basic understanding of electrical components, diagrams, and systems; knowledge of human resources management, budgeting, cost control, and economics
