We are seeking aJunior EWS Inside Engineer (Customer Facing), to join our UAE Sales team in Dubai, who will combine technical expertise with sales skills to support the Customer Facing team and drive revenue growth. He or she should provide technical assistance, product demonstrations, and arrange trainings to the customers, helping to close deals and build stronger customer relationships.

What you'll do:
- Providing technical expertise, product demonstrations and trainings to customers on Power Distribution and Controls products
- Work closely with the Customer Facing team to understand customer needs, develop solutions and close deals
- Building relationships with the customers, addressing technical questions and providing ongoing support
- Staying up to date on product specifications, features and benefits
- Identifying and solving technical issues that may arise during the Customer Facing process
- Assisting with the technical proposals and quotes
- Work closely with Customer Facing, marketing and product management
- Collaborating with the Customer Facing and marketing teams to negotiate T&C's to close the deal
Qualifications:
- University degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering
- Fresh engineering graduate willing to learn in a multi-national work environment
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the customers and internal teams
- Aptitude to learn quickly
