With 250 employees, the Los Angeles facility designs and manufactures quality valves, regulators, and other fluid controls used mostly by the Aerospace Industry.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $92287.53 - $135355.04 a year.

The (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst serves the Los Angeles organization as a Materials Management Subject Matter Expert by developing and deploying planner/scheduler standard work while leading the entire site in ERP health best practices. This role executes implementation of global Model Plant Materials policies while ensuring sustained success at all levels of materials, ops and purchasing functions. The ERP Analyst also provides training, guidance, and solutions to the local team that ensure both ERP Health and Plant Operational Performance (On Time Delivery, Days on Hand) targets are achieved. The role is responsible for engaging in Continuous Improvement (CI)/Lean Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) aimed at improving material flows, right-sizing inventory levels, driving desired customer service metrics and obtaining financial results.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter and detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to support and lead multiple projects through implementation and possess a demonstrated track record of achieving results and operational excellence. In addition, the candidate must be able to operate in a highly matrixed environment, communicate with all levels of the organization, influence and gain commitment, and continuously develop the talent around them.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate the phase out of existing local procedures and work instructions and deploys standard global materials processes.
  • Support materials management projects.
  • Facilitation and support of Materials Management Authorization, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) health, along with all materials processes.
  • Develop and deploy Materials Management policies, procedures, and standard work and documentation via the Community of Practice.
  • Drive materials shop floor standardization and materials flow.
  • Back-fill critical plant-based materials roles on an interim/bridge basis.
  • Support the execution or CI RIE's of Materials/ERP processes for the Aerospace - specific focus on troubled sites.
  • Partner with the CI Organization to apply lean foundational Value Stream tools to key replenishment processes, identifying improvement "bursts" and facilitate improvement activities.
  • Establish and maintain planning parameters in order execution systems (such as MFGPro) to ensure proper order generation.
  • Create and maintain OBIEE, Power BI and dashboard for data analytics support to site leadership.
  • Lead efforts to drive cost out through data automation.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supply chain management or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management in manufacturing, materials, or supply chain.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of analytical software experience.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Los Angeles, CA facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4 in a planning, scheduling or execution role.
  • APICS/CPIM certification.
  • Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving.
