What you'll do:
Responsible for the Single-phased UPS business development and relationship management of Eaton's enterprise accounts, especially focus on the applicaiotn of Datacenters, Server rooms & Cabinets. Drive the growth of sales for products, solutions and services, ensuring strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships:
Establish and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with key account stakeholders, including project manager and IT manager. - Account Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute account plans, including forecasts, sales strategies and pricing solutions. - Solution Development:
Understanding client needs and developing and implementing solutions using Eaton's power portfolio of products and services. - Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams (Product marketing, Marcom, Logistic, Customer service etc.) to align on account strategy and execute plans effectively. - Customer Satisfaction:
Proactively address customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction. - Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor market trends, analyze customer usage, and provide regular reports on account performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from university majoring in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
- Direct sales experience at least 5-8 years is preferredExperience in Electrical engineering or Datacenter planning is preferred
- Ability to independently develop customers and conduct product briefings
- With leadership to create new business development skills
- Good communication skills to negotiate pricing with partners & customers
- Experianced in Pipelines/Projects management
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (expecially in PowerPoint & Excel...)
- Familiar with English & Taiwanese communication skills
- Passionate, sense of responsibility and high learning ability"
