The expected annual salary range for this role is $108,749 - $159,499 a year.

What you'll do:
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and driving a team of cross discipline engineers in the Raleigh area to ensure successful three phase power electronic equipment project execution. This role oversees the completion of design projects working closely with other departments such as Quality, Product Management and Manufacturing to achieve project objectives.
In this role you will:
- Lead and Manage Teams: Responsible for leading a team of engineers, including both Electrical and Mechanical engineers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Design Projects: Oversee and drive the completion of design projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE): Apply VAVE principles to continuously improve product designs, enhance value propositions, and reduce costs.
- Product Integration: Lead efforts related to product integration projects. Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of components and systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as Quality, Marketing, and Manufacturing) to achieve project objectives.
- Performance Assessment: Assess team performance, recruit new talent, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of six (6) years industry work experience in engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading team supporting 3-phase electrical product build
- Experience leading global projects
