Division Finance Manager - Power Components

Coraopolis, PA

Eaton's Power Components Division (PCD) is currently seeking a Division Finance Manager supporting our rapidly growing demand for our electrical products in Moon Township, PA!

The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,075 - $176,110 a year.

What you'll do:

• Lead the financial planning and reporting function for the PCD division including reporting and analysis for actuals, forecasting, annual profit plan, and various ad hoc analysis. You will be responsible for the ownership of these processes including collaborating with the plant operation finance teams as well as group and segment level FP&A teams.

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to the operations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drives accountability for results and defining key performance metrics together with business leaders.
• Partner with product line managers to provide financial insights on PL profitability, pricing, sales margin/mix and cost analysis.
• Partner with plant finance managers and division leadership to achieve financial results through financial analysis, SCM variances/commodities, costing and productivity.
• Directly manage the division analyst(s) by providing mentorship and challenging assignments to promote growth and learning.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational decision-making, such as evaluating capital deployment opportunities or new projects.
• Drive initiatives (including CAPEX and WORKING CAPITAL) and influence changes: ensure productivity improvements and growth in areas such as operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality and supply chain management
• Work closely with the operations team to develop action plans, strategies, and initiatives based on financial insights. Drive and monitor the implementation of the plans
• Create financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on operational performance.
• Identify financial risks within the operations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance against targets.
• Monitor and manage operational costs to achieve efficiency and cost-reduction while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 7+ years varied accounting/finance and FP&A experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong financial acumen and business partnering skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
