Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a Director of SIOP. The GEIS SIOP Director leads the development of strategy, processes, and tools for the business SIOP maturity, service improvements and process management to support GEIS network planning (foresight) within GEIS Global. This position will represent the SIOP function for SCM in key cross-functional decisions, including short- and long-term strategy discussions, product initiatives, strategic business planning, and systems integration. Leads the aggregation and analysis of topline demand forecasts and highlights the risks and opportunities pertaining to market and economic factors, enabling senior leadership the support analysis needed to drive improved profitability, volume growth, and achieve channel objectives. This position is central to the $2b sales plan, MGPP and future growth aspirations.

What you'll do:
• Drive the monthly global consensus demand planning process, including reporting aggregate plans to senior management on forecasts, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead the coordination of market intelligence, customer forecasts and demand inputs from Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, New Product and Program management teams across the Global business.
• Document and challenge forecast assumptions based on the analysis of market data, industry dynamics, statistics, business trends, and demand patterns. Determine and facilitate the SIOP plan for GEIS globally.
• Provides leadership, drives organizational capability, and sets objectives for SIOP improvement to each Eaton regional President (APAC, NA, LATAM, EMEA)
• Monitor changes in the key business drivers, perform analysis, and possess the ability to shape the analytical findings into a meaningful business story to drive decision making.
• Develop accountability for demand management, rccp, pace through performance measures and provide feedback to the participants in the process.
• Participate in detailed step meetings, works with business to collect kpi's which supports improvement and leading indicators.
• Owns SIOP KPI's, while supporting Material Management initiatives in EBSA and EBS pull activities supporting GEIS strategic and profit plans.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in demand planning, SIOP, or Integrated Business Planning and/or SCM Material Management.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods with an understanding of financial and operational impacts.
• Demonstrated success in team development and driving results through others.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong understanding and use of concurrent layer software like Kinaxis
• Understanding of best practices in demand analysis, production, and inventory planning
• Experience with Forecast Pro, Demantra, or other statistical software packages.
• ERP/MRP functionality expertise (SAP)
• Ability to lead team towards metrics-based objectives.
• APICS/CPIM or S&OP Certification

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
