The Digital Integration Solutions (DIS) group is a full-service systems integrator with the capabilities to securely integrate the necessary equipment and technologies, to provide a secure and complete digital power management solution. This team of engineers and technicians brings extensive skills and experiences with a variety of leading on-premise and IoT software packages enabling us to design graphically rich, easy-to-use operator interfaces that take advantage of the latest standalone or web-based technologies. Our experience transcends a multitude of equipment manufacturers, software packages, and network architectures, including all major OEMs HMI, PLCs, and OT monitoring components and solutions.

The Digital Power Management Solutions Lead (DPMSL) will be responsible for integrating these Digital power monitoring & Cybersecurity services solutions into larger request for proposals and support the service sales and North American Sales (NAS) teams or end customers. The selected individual will market solutions to the end customers and drive development of a strong pipeline of opportunities. This position is also asked to combine their technical engineering background with ingenuity and an innovative mindset to help deliver creative solutions for all customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large accounts, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.

In this position you will:

  • Effectively leverage and engage Eaton's enterprise wide resources to coordinate and grow sales of Eaton Digital & Cybersecurity services solutions by driving specifications and solutions to Eaton's benefit at specifying and procurement levels within targeted segments and customers.
  • Facilitate the integration of Eaton specifications, products and services into targeted data center, commercial (institutions), government, commercial (buildings) and industrial end users, consultants, EPCs, or systems integrators
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy plan. Ensure a strong opportunity pipeline to support growth in the region
  • Manage large accounts, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain strong, long-term client partnerships
  • Partner with other internal & external digital offerings to enable turnkey options in line with the integration, startup & commissioning capabilities offered by DIS.
  • Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all commercial issues related to Dital Integration Solutions within the region. Lead the development of proposals by working closely with the internal negotiation application specialist teams, extended sales teams and customers.
  • Conduct training seminars with end customers in targeted segments, distributors and internal sales teams to ensure clear communication of features and benefits.
  • Provide VOC feedback to the product line regarding product development, sales tools, marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Work with targeted customers/accounts to develop a deeper relationship with the customer at all levels using standard Eaton account management strategies.
  • Support NAS/Service sales teams with monthly orders forecast for DIS product line.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or business related focus from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work in a commercial role or similar function.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Must posess and maintain an active and valid drivers license
  • Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the work locations listed. No relocation will be offered for this role. Active duty military candidates are exempt from this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MSEE or MBA
  • Professional Engineer certification
  • Prior experience working with Digital monitoring, Automation, Communications
  • Knowledge of energy monitoring and energy management software, BAS (Building Automation Systems), OT Cybersecurity services, metering, power quality, and distribution products.
  • Application experience with Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS/PMCS)/BAS in Data center, Commercial (Institutions, Buildings), Government, Industrial environments

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $171,000 - $250,800

Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
