What you'll do:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the East Asia and ANZ regions in the execution of day-to-day digital marketing initiatives and campaign optimization to enhance brand visibility, increasing web traffic, and maximizing lead generation for Eaton Electrical Sector.

Job Responsibilities
• Support the website roll-out of Eaton.com in East Asia and ANZ regions, ensuring content localization and creation to align with regional marketing strategies and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the regional marcom team to execute Google Ads campaigns and optimize content for SEO.
• Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports and insights.
• Identify key trends and opportunities for enhancing website user experience and engagement.
• Work with regional marcom team to deploy marketing automation campaigns in alignment with business goals by Eloqua, including designing email, forms, and landing pages, to maximize lead generation.
Qualifications:
• Minimum B.S. or B.A. degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience in communications, marketing communications, or related functions.
• Project management experience in digital marketing, i.e., website, social media, marketing automations.
• Digital tool experience, i.e., Adobe AEM, Eloqua, or similar tools and platforms.
• Search Engine Marketing experience in SEO, Google Paid Search.
• Google Analytics and Power BI, or similar tool experience in website reports and dashboards.
• Basic HTML coding knowledge.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is plus for business purposes.
• Team player. Ability to interact, communicate and manage expectations.
• Great attention to details. Ability to deliver high-quality and defect-free communication materials.
• Proactive and self-motivated. Be able work independently under pressure.
• Creative. Courage to contribute ideas and take initiative toward shared goals.
