this is a hybrid (3/2) position, based in Budapest (Hungary)

What you'll do:

Position Overview: Lead product and software development teams using Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum events and ensure productivity
  • Improve team efficiency and Agile adoption
  • Collaborate on product roadmap and development
  • Manage user stories and product backlog
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and promote cybersecurity
  • Train and mentor teams on Agile principles
  • Plan and deliver solutions using Agile methodology
  • Track performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Resolve impediments and manage dependencies
  • Ensure a safe environment for the team
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Manage teams across geographies
  • Continuously improve Agile maturity
  • Support cost tracking and vendor management

Qualifications and skills:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years in Agile teams/projects, 4+ years as Scrum Master
  • Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Experience with complex projects and teams

  • Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and scaling practices

  • Modern software development (code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, cloud services)
