The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Job Summary
This position will oversee and manage multiple product and software development teams as a servant leader.

The Scrum Master will ensure that teams follow and understand Agile practices and Scrum framework values, instill a culture of continuous learning and process improvement, and drive adoption of Agile mindset and scaling within the enterprise.

The Scrum Master will enable and drive team self-facilitation and self-accountability. The Scrum Master will support the teams' ability to eliminate impediments. Scrum Master will help team grow into a self-organizing team.

The Scrum Master works directly with Product Owners, engineers and other product team members to execute the product roadmap, guide the product development lifecycle, help create user stories, manage the product backlog, assist with value based prioritization and improved focus."

Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, while supporting teams' ability to self-organize and self-facilitate
- Drive a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle
- Trains, mentors, and supports Scrum teams and others within the enterprise to follow and deeply understand Agile values, principles, and practices
- Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Assists the Product Owner with roadmapping, epic creation, and decomposition and multi-sprint planning
- Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories
- Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress
- Drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Support the teams' ability to drive resolution of impediments and escalate where required
- Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies where applicable
- Ensures a psychologically safe and environment for the team to raise and resolve issues
- Leads the capacity planning for each sprint
- Communicates risks, status and general updates to stakeholders
- Manage one or more Scrum teams across multiple geographies
- Improve the Agile maturity of the team on a continuous basis
- Support the Product Owner in cost tracking for scrum projects
- Support Resource Managers with Vendor Management and contractor onboarding
-Support the deployment and standardization of MES systems across multiple global manufacturing locations
- Align local plant implementations with the global -MES template to support standardization and process harmonization
- Quality and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Define standards and best practices for MES applications
- Generate IT change controls and drive their timely closure

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.- 10+ years of experience working on an Agile team or leading technology projects, including 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience leading highly complex projects, programs, and teams.
- Experience leading change across a large enterprise.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master Certification preferred.
• Ignition Software, MES Mfg, Industry 4.0
• Strong understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes.
• Deep experience working with Agile, including Scrum or Kanban, and how to practice Agile at scale
• Expertise with Agile software tools and producing Agile artifacts
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles.
• Deep experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
• Able to coach multiple teams.
• Ability to work on IT projects and work independently to complete required deliverables in a timely manner. This would include all project phases from requirements gathering to post go-live support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis.
• Good team-oriented interpersonal skills.
• Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Technical knowledge
- Strong understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes
- Expertise working with Agile, including Scrum or Kanban, and how to practice Agile at scale
- Expertise with Agile software tools and producing Agile artifacts
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles
- Deep experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
- Able to coach multiple teams outside of direct authority
- Experience with ERP systems and finance software solutions.
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based finance solutions and emerging technologies.
- Ensure the integration of MES with ERP (e.g., SAP), SCADA, automation systems, historians, and lab systems (LIMS)
- Manage vendor selection and system configuration processes
- Support the deployment and standardization of MES systems across multiple global manufacturing locations
- Align local plant implementations with the global MES template to support standardization and process harmonization

- Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Interact effectively with senior leadership
- Ability to lead enterprise-wide programs
- Excellent listening skills with the intention of understanding
- Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams
- Lead change management and training initiatives to ensure system adoption and cultural alignment
- Coordinate training development, site questionnaires, help documentation, checklists, and job aids
