What you'll do:

• Responsible for pre-sales technical support & expertise in implementation of customer applications associated with UPS system, power distribution system, cooling, DCIM & EPMS system.
• Efforts include preparation, participation and/or presentation of seminars to customers and consultants
• Providing solution and prepare bidding documents
• Examines customer requirements in terms of equipment and documentation
• Provides technical review of orders
• Recommends most cost effective configuration to meet technical requirements
• Support sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications
• Effectively interface with customers, sales staff, consultants and contractors to support requirements
• Engineering cost analysis and project management
• Familiar with current trend and technology developments of competitions
• To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

  Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
  Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
  Ensuring the QMS meets its goals

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years pre-sales and support experience on data centre or integration solutions application
• Requires practical experience in design and solutioning
• The application knowledge of power quality and distribution system in data center
• Familiar with Electrical installation methods, practices, and the National Electrical Code
• Familiar with Power switchgear and distribution manufacture techniques
• Knowledge of precision cooling and its application
• Experience of engineering and project management
• Technical interpretation, communication skills and CAD skill are important
• Must be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of Auto-CAD and BIM modelling
