Join Eaton and be part of our dynamic team in Egypt! As a Customer Support Representative based in Cairo, you will work with a wide range of electrical products and play a crucial role in managing commercial relationships with our customers.
What you'll do:
The primary function is to provide commercial support for portfolio of customers type of project business. Responsible for interfacing with customers and internal parties via email, phone, chat and case management tool.
Main missions:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email from customers and internal parties.
- Order Management: Manage order entry, price checking, and order clearing in compliance with Eaton's policies.
- Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Coordination: Oversee delivery and billing, including managing multiple product lines and sequencing project orders.
- Support Functions: Assist sales functions across EMEA and external customers with order fulfillment, service requests, and more.
- Problem Solving: Resolve issues by applying established policies and procedures, and using proactive communication.
- Promote Eaton's Goals: Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's philosophy and builds strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
Skills:
- Fluent English
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle, Salesforce or Cisco is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer service attitude, attention to detail, punctuality, and problem-solving mindset.
