Customer Support Dispatcher - Field Service

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power & Solutions division is currently seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher- Field Service to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

This role will be Hybrid 2 days in office (TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY), 3 days from home, as long as you live within 50 miles of our Raleigh, NC. facility. Hours for the position are 12pm-9pm.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $53,253 - $78,104 a year.

What you'll do:

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power & Solutions division is currently seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of communication between customers, service teams, and management. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing service requests and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.

In this role you will:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support services to organizational units.
  • Schedule service request in compliance with warranty, contractual, or time and diagnostic compliance while meeting customer deadlines
  • Manage service requests from internal and external customers with emphasis on error-free management and same day order entry
  • Expedite orders to ensure customer expectations are met and /or exceeded
  • Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers regarding order verification, order status, pricing and shipment information
  • Work directly with interfacing departments to ensure order fulfillment
  • Prepare reports, presentations and communications in a professional manner to effectively summarize data
  • Effectively implement processes designed to deliver world class customer service

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Must be willing to work 2nd shift, 12pm-9pm
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-miles radius of Raleigh, NC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service Member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience working with SalesForce, SAP and Oracle
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication competency
  • Must have organizational and multi-tasking mastery, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload
