Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Customer Service.

What you'll do:

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service, based on knowledge of the company's products and services. The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information on concerns, questions and/or complaints by telephone or via the Internet.

Job Responsibilities

Work together with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Listen, document and resolve customer concerns.
Troubleshoot and document potential problems that may arise with the product or service.
Report to the Supply Chain Manager clear and accurate information on the status of each customer.
Authority to have first contact with the customer
Authority to report possible problems with the product to the customer.

Qualifications:

Education level required
Univeristy Degree required.

Years and area of experience required
1 year or more in similar position (automotive industry)

Technical knowledge
Knowledge and experience in Customer Service.

• Computer skills.
• Experience in telephone call taking and call bridging.
• Problem solving.
• Continuous improvement.
• Medium CSR.
• Basic IATF.
• Core Tools Basic Troubleshooting Medium.
