Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Senior Analyst
Eaton's Sales Operations division is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Senior Analyst to join the team. This remote role can be located in Arden, NC; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Galesburg, MI; Glendale Heights, IL; Greenwood, SC; Highland, IL; Irvine, CA; Moon Township, PA; Peachtree City, GA; Raleigh, NC; Southfield, MI; Syracuse, NY; or Tualatin, OR. The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,250.00 - $122,100.00 a year.

What you'll do:
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Senior Analyst is responsible for the business ownership Salesforce Customer Relationship Management program for Electrical Sector Americas. As a critical member of the Business Analytics and Sales Excellence Team, this role will be accountable supporting ongoing Salesforce program management for North American Sales, Latin America and Canada as well as data migration and data health monitoring needed for continued success of the Salesforce Program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Sales users with questions/issues surrounding Eaton's instances of Salesforce and Customer 360
- Drive continuous improvement efforts with Salesforce to meet the needs of the business
- Partner with IT to investigate quality issues and lead or participate in teams to resolve issues
- Lead Bidman/CPQ to Salesforce sync efforts (troubleshooting, improvements, etc)
- Implement and proactively maintain data quality and cleansing activities and oversee activities including updating contacts, accounts, making merges as necessary
- Provide guidance on new user set-ups/existing user modifications to ensure proper alignment for the sales teams
- Oversee Salesforce inbox support request activity and ensure timely resolution of user requests
- Understand PowerBI Pipeline reporting in order to support the development of improvement ideas through Salesforce user feedback in partnership with Elixir Program owner.
- Support sales process mapping and continuous improvement efforts to drive sales excellence
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, sales, customer support and/or prior super user of CRM or similar software programs
