What you'll do:
As a Customer Project Manager, you'll lead the successful execution of medium to large-scale electrical projects from post-sale handover through to final closeout. You'll manage all phases of the project lifecycle including:
- Design, procurement, installation, and testing of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, automation systems, and turnkey solutions.
- Stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, service teams, contractors, and customers.
- Project planning and control using modern tools (e.g., MS Project), including schedule, budget, risk, and resource management.
- Customer engagement and reporting to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful delivery.
- Team leadership, organizing kick-off meetings, managing internal and external contributors, and ensuring clear deliverables.
- Financial oversight, including cost control, variation orders, and margin management.
- Continuous improvement, sharing lessons learned and contributing to best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience ideally in electrical, mechanical, or industrial projects.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Strong understanding of power distribution systems (MV/LV), automation, and control systems would be a plus
- Experience working with utilities, critical infrastructure, renewables, or large industrial clients is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA for site visits, FATs, and customer meetings.
