Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a CRM Accounting Supervisor.
What you'll do:
Job Summary
Responsible to lead and supervise the Accounting Processes for the GFSS, including management and coordination of supporting team. Conduction of the monthly closing process, review and approve journal entries, Maintain SOX and Internal Audit compliance as required. Perform monthly balance sheet reviews. Supervise the year-end Mexico compliance and financial reporting. Manage and champion ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Responsibilities
A. Supervise the monthly closing processes
B. Coordinate with compliance team the deliverables of Internal /External Audit
C. Accounting requirements deliverable on time to tax team
D. Review performance metrics and give feedback to employees in time and form (1:1)
E. Ensures that ethical standards are maintained in a manner that accrues maximum benefit to Eaton.

F. Provides guidance on training and education of accounting professionals in the area.
G. Maintain safe, clean working environment, dauly 5's and use of CI tools
H. Ensure the quality of the balance sheet reconciliations by the team
I. Zero GAPs in 2nd Balance sheet reviews and internal audit
J. Ensure the quality of balance sheet accounts / P&L accounts as needed
K. Talent development of direct reports using 70,20,10 model
L. Drives continous improvement culture with team
M. Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company.
N. Active participation in our internal projects.
O. Execute strong communications with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar
Years and area of experience required
- Requires minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting / General Ledger / RTR
- Requires minimum 2 years of experience managing people
Technical knowledge
- Experience with Oracle / SAP
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects simultaneously
- Digital mindset
- Excel capability - Intermediate/Advanced
- Advanced english level
