The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What you'll do:
The CPQ, Salesforce Support Analyst will serve as a liaison between the business and IT organization to integrate and maintain Eaton enterprise systems for the GEIS group, while also, maintaining standard business process across our sales and reporting functions. As a CPQ, Salesforce Support Analyst you will maintain current systems (SAP, CPQ, Salesforce) and help integrate any new enterprise system moving forward. There is also the expectation to work alongside our data management/reporting teams to ensure the proper flow of appropriate data to new sources (Power BI, BW, QlikView), while also, collaborating on creation/enhancements for new and existing reports. You will also, maintain standard processes such as: new vendor requests and customer master maintenance, report distribution for sales and ad hoc type requests.
What you'll do:
- Lead cross-functional team to complete business identified initiatives
- Support system maintenance by fielding requests (new user adds, system bug follow through, enhancements)
- Gather user feedback on systems and create enhancement requests to improve overall user experience
- Complete UAT testing as appropriate to ensure optimal operation of the systems (CPQ, Salesforce)
- Prepare and analyze new/current data flows for weekly/monthly report outs to sales team and internal stakeholders
- Align customer field sales data within SAP to support back-end reporting and processing
- Customer Master maintenance in SAP and account sales fields (internal sales rep alignment report, pricing conditions, etc.)
- Support month-end financial activities (i.e. Vertical Market, Vitality, Accrual Log, etc.)
- Complete and maintain vendor tasks as required by the business
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two (2) year of experience with analysis and business process.
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY or Highland, IL to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Business or Economics
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
- Proven ability in handling multiple deliverables with attention to detail and accuracy along with structured approach to problem solving
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Support growth of digital mindset goals and initiatives within GEIS and across the organization.
- Support and confirm accurate month end financial activities.
