Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton's largest office in the region. With a diverse team of over 700 people, representing 40+ nationalities and speaking 20+ languages, the BSC is the central hub for business services. It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams.

What you'll do:
As a Corporate Communication Manager you will develop the communications strategy as part of regional communications leadership team, build Eaton's internal and external brand identity, awareness, familiarity, ensuring positive image in market.
You will work with Eaton business and corporate leaders and influence marketing communications colleagues in each business to develop and deliver key communication initiatives that build the Eaton Brand in key themes as well as targeted emerging market geographies.
- Create, develop, and strengthen regional communicators network across all businesses and manage the program globally
- Define, create, deploy, and drive usage of communication channels, platforms & assets to improve effectiveness of all communication activity.
- Create Regional / Business/ Functional planning delivering local communication strategy & plans
- Create & deploy regional sector strategic communication plans and leadership communication for the regional president and senior leadership team
- Develop and deploy regional, business and functional communication plans covering Sustainability, I&D and Innovation, through messaging development, content creation, multimedia and multi-channel communication programs
- Increase employee engagement through relevant, targeted leadership communications communications
- Initiate strategy, build content and drive media outreach at key corporate events such as site openings, industry conferences and public affairs engagements
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing or communication
- 10-15 years of experience in a similar field
