Eaton's ES AMER HQ MFGSC division is currently seeking a CORE Team Lead at our Duncan, SC location!
The hourly rate for this position is $25/hr per hour. The core hours are 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What you'll do:
The CORE Team Lead Material Handler will assist the Supervisor in tasks (production) scheduling and assignment. The incumbent will support the Supervisor in the accumulation of production data and subsequent analysis, coordinate scheduling, and follow-up of both on-the-job training and compliance with site safety regulations.

In this function you will:
• Assist the Supervisor in day-to-day CORE operations
• Monitor workload and allocate resources as required
• Coordinate all OJT and safety training requirements
• Participate on OJT and safety teams
• Assist in productivity and non-conformance data collection and analysis
• Research answers and correct minor day-to-day operations problems; troubleshoot to include both internal and external customer inquiries
• Recommend new ideas and proposals supporting site scorecard categories and initiatives
• Provide temporary supervision as required if Supervisor is away-of limited time duration
• Support all site safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Observe safety policies, report unsafe acts and hazards, and maintain a clean and orderly department
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Associate's degree
