Eaton's EPG CHD EP LATAM division is currently seeking a Commercial & Strategy Excellence Manager.

What you'll do:

Job Summary
Design and support sales strategic plans for GEIS LATAM. Ensures alignment with commercial objectives, supports strategic decision-making, and fosters a performance-driven culture through digital tools, business analytics, and consistent communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops the annual operational plan and the 5-year strategic plan aligned with GEIS LATAM's financial and growth objectives.
  • Establishes metrics and indicators through analytical dashboards to assess strategies, support decision-making, and apply corrective actions.
  • Implements systems to correlate internal data with market trends and manages ongoing competitive intelligence.
  • Standardizes and communicates the commercial strategy and business trends across the organization, promoting improvement actions.
  • Actively engages with teams and customers to reinforce the strategy, gather feedback, and support execution.
  • Defines standards and commercial structures through a sales playbook that guides execution and measures initiative adoption.
  • Leads the implementation of go-to-market models, sales structures, and functional support across the region.
  • Manages the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and develops the Sales Behavior Index (SBI) to track field productivity.
  • Designs and leads the commercial digital transformation using tools such as CPQ, Order Center, and Salesforce.

Qualifications:

Education level required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering (preffered) or similar area
  • Master's degree preferred

Years of experience required

  • 5 years

Area of expertise

  • Strategic sales management, B2B sales, CRM, Data analysis, financial acumen.
  • People manager

Technical knowledge

  • Advanced English
